Snow No!

Hey. It snowed.

It hardly ever snows in Nashville. We get maybe one "good" snow a year and by good I mean like 2 inches. This was about 6 - 8 inches. I know to my friends in the north even that seems tiny, but to us it's enough for our government to declare a state of emergency. And that is what they did. No I am not joking.

It's all gone now, but for about 3 days the situation seemed pretty dire. No bread or milk anywhere to be seen. People walking around in coats, and hats. Snow people as far as the eye could see...It was terrifying.

This was the 3rd day I believe and we finally ventured out to take some photos and play at the greenway.

I think I'm good now as far as Winter is concerned. I'm done. Bring on Spring! I don't think I could stand the sight of another snow person...*shiver*

Workin It Out

To continue with the theme from my last post (and sorry it's been a few days) I decided to do a workout wear post. Who doesn't want to look cute when they work out? It actually helps me to wear a matching or at least semi matching outfit when I run walk kind of fast, or go to the gym "work out" in my living room.

You want to make sure you are at least a little bit comfortable too. Not super comfortable though. Working out is meant to make you miserable, er I mean healthy and happy.

In all seriousness although my relationship with exercise is a bit tumultuous I know how important it is to my health. It's super important to get at least some physical activity in each week even if you take it super slow and work your way up!

Just remember, there's no business like show business, like no business I know.

That doesn't really apply here, but it's worth stating.

The 90's Called

I'm having some writer's block so here are some pictures...

Those geese think I am so cool. They were all like, "hey Heather let's chill." And I was all like "whaaaaat?" HA! Geese.

I am following in the footsteps of my last post with a semi 90's look with some wavy wind blown hair. I like it. It doesn't hurt that the choker I am wearing is from the 90's. It's one I kept when I went through all of my old high school jewelry. Glad I did too because geese love 90's beaded jewelry, but they also like Uggs, and I can't get behind that.
